Let's Build the Energy Delivery Layer the Grid Can't Provide
& Explore What Lies Beyond
iQ-LOOP is transitioning from validated technology to initial deployments in Canada and Europe. We are ready to take a proven concept to the next level and are actively seeking collaboration with industrial partners, pilot hosts, and investors.
Why iQ-LOOP
By storing renewable energy in aluminium rather than in a form of volatile gas or liquid fuel, iQ-LOOP solves energy storage's fundamental problems — cost, safety, durability, and emissions. The difference is not incremental.
A peer-reviewed Perspective published in Advanced Energy Materials — authored by researchers at the University of Perugia, AIT Austria, and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology's Helmholtz Institute Ulm — independently validates the mechanism at the heart of our platform.
Aluminium stores roughly 23.5 kWh per litre or 23.5 MWh/m³ chemically: more than sixteen times the volumetric density of compressed hydrogen and an order of magnitude above liquid hydrogen. As a solid carrier, it holds the equivalent of 297 kilograms of hydrogen per cubic metre — seven times the European Union's own target for clean hydrogen storage.
The practical consequence is a platform that behaves like a material rather than a hazard. The metal sits inert, with no standing energy loss, until it is needed. It travels through existing freight and logistics networks rather than requiring new pipelines or specialised transport. And because the process regenerates the aluminium rather than consuming it, the same material can be charged, discharged, and recharged indefinitely — the circularity is structural, not a marketing overlay.
iQ-LOOP is advancing from validated technology toward first deployments, with a growing research and pilot footprint across Canada and Europe.

Renewable generation is expanding faster than the infrastructure built to deliver it. Industrial sites still burn diesel because clean alternatives are too costly or slow to deploy. Data centres are held back not by a shortage of electricity, but by grid connections that take years to build. And a growing share of renewable power is curtailed simply because there is no way to hold it until it's needed.
These are not generation problems. They are delivery and storage problems, and they sit squarely on the investable side of the energy transition.
iQ-LOOP's platform is built to close exactly this gap: capturing renewable electricity when it is most abundant and least expensive, storing it in a stable, transportable form, and releasing it as heat, hydrogen or power at the point of need.
For investors and partners, that gap is the opportunity.

Where We Are Now
In June 2026, our executive team completed a market-entry mission to Ottawa, meeting with Invest Ottawa, Kanata North Technology Park, Area X.O, and Natural Resources Canada.
That engagement is now translating into an active pipeline: a managed-energy pilot in development, structured as a landlord-led collaboration to demonstrate peak-demand cost reduction for a shared campus of tenants, alongside active pursuit of the Future Fuels Challenge and Industrial Transformation Challenge grants — both Alberta programmes — to help fund the next stage of Canadian deployment.
Alongside this North American push, iQ-LOOP maintains an active research and development footprint in Europe, where the platform originated. It is this combination — a technology with independent scientific validation, and a live pipeline of pilots and funding conversations in one of the world's most credible clean-technology ecosystems — that we are inviting investors and partners to join.

Invest in or partner with iQ LOOP as we move from validated technology to first deployments in Canada and Europe. Explore capital, industrial, and pilot opportunities.

Ways to Partner
Investors
We are building the capital base to take iQ-LOOP from pilot to platform: equity investors backing the next stage of growth, and infrastructure or project-finance partners interested in funding deployments once pilot economics are proven. If you invest in energy infrastructure, materials, or industrial decarbonisation, we would welcome the conversation.
Industrial & Pilot Partners
Industrial sites, data centres, campuses, ports, and remote operations that want to host or co-develop a pilot are the fastest route to proving the platform in a real operating environment. Our managed-energy pilot in development is the template: a shared site, a coordinating host, and evidence that benefits every participant.
Ecosystem & Supply Chain Partners
Scaling a circular aluminium platform depends on a network of partners around it: aluminium recycling and feedstock suppliers, fuel and logistics distribution, utilities and energy retailers, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors. We are building this network region by region, starting in Ontario.
Government & Grant Partners
Public funding and research bodies help de-risk early deployment and validate the platform for industrial and institutional audiences. We are actively engaged with Canadian federal and provincial programmes, including the Future Fuels Challenge and the Industrial Transformation Challenge, and welcome further conversations with agencies supporting clean fuels and industrial decarbonisation.
